Deposited money MISSING

I made a deposit of over R1000 to my Hollywood bets online account 2 days ago AND IT IS STILL NOT CREDITED!

This was deducted from my bank account (called my bank and they confirmed). I have been trying to reach out to live chat via Facebook and their site live chat AND NO RESPONSE!

I have emailed you guys and have had no feedback. This is theft and I want my money back ASAP before I lay a case of *****!
