Deposit Using A Debit Card

Last year around May I deposited R90 to my Hollywoodbets account using a card payment, through Peach Payments and the money was deposited in my bank account but it was not credited to my Hollywoodbets wallet even today.

I called Hollywoodbets and told them them what happened, the told me when I made this transaction their payment portal was closed.

I called my bank and they said they will not be able to reverse the transaction because the money is already banked by Hollywoodbets, when I called Hollywoodbets they said it is Peach Payments who has my money.

They asked me to send proof of payment, which I did and they still refused to give me my money back.

So now I don't know what to do who has my money but, I want it back.
