DEPOSIT THEFT

Hi Hello Peter, I have to deposited money into my Hollywood account and the bank did notify me that money went out but still the deposit doesn’t reflect on the Hollywood account. It’s very frustrating because when you’re calling them they tell you you’ll be attended in the next 30 minutes and that’s more money for airtime. I can not be chasing them for money so please @Hollywood bets can the deposit reflect on my account or send it back to my bank account because this is very unprofessional.
