Deposit still not reflecting...STITCH

So, on 1 March 2023 @ about 12pm, I deposited money onto Hollywoodbets accounts with their bew deposit feature called Stitch. I have always used my banking app where I would just select pay again and it worked. So I decided okay let's try. First deposit worked fine. So after a while I decided to deposit more. This tine I went to my banking app and selected pay again (like always) and there the ****t started. 48hours later and lots of phone calls.....still nothing. This payment option that they tell people to use, overrides your banking app and does NOT generate a different reference number.

Not like on your banking app where the same reference number gets used ALL THE TIME and worked. Because of 1 deposit with their new payment option, it has to genereate a new reference each and every time.

This, they do not advise you beforehand. No warnings, nothing. Non disclosure but they knew perhaps.

Still waiting for my funds. Just transfer it back to me so I can go to Betway or Sunbet please.
