Deposit Query never solved!!!

Im just totally bluffed that hollywoodbets didnt respond to any of the complaints on hellopeter.It just shows there utter disregard to solve it.I also deposited money on 15th of October via the capitec app but it never reflected in my account.I send my proof of payments to Nomzamo Dlamini at support but im still waiting for feedback.Send numerous emails afterwards to no success.What are we as complainants to do cause to me it looks like plain and simple ****************!!!!Is there no one that can help us????
