Deposit on my Hollywood bets accounts not reflecting in my paid account

Good day! Amount of R100 was deposited from my FNB account to their FNB one to make bettings on the 28 of March. Even today my money has not reflected into my Hollywood bets accounts. Several attempts to sort this was not consistent from their side. Ref was given only yesterday of which according to them, they will only look into after 24-48 hours. And this is not the first time happening. Please assist
