Deposit of funds deducted from bank but not reflecting

I have made a deposit today and even after a hour the funds are still not reflecting.

Then minutes after my deposit request I attempted to reach for assistance via the chat bot.i waited to be connected to an agen for over 40 minutes.

Can someone please assist with my funds to reflect on my Hollywoodbets account.

I have used this service for more than 5 years, the way the website is operating now compared to then is a huge change.

Be sure that this is my last time logging in when I get my funds.Ypu lost one loyal customer.
