Deposit not showing, no help

These are the worsed idiots to deal with, I did a deposit almost 24 hours ago, the deposit is not reflecting. The online chat, you wait 4 hours to get in front of the queue, then they guy says he here to help, you tell him the issue, then he does not respond. I have sent 20 emails, no responses. I have missed all my bets. I really need to find another platform to play, I think you guys need to also, they also take forever to pay your withdraw. ****** useless
