DEPOSIT NOT SHOWING IN MY HOLLYWOODBETS ACCOUNT

It is so unfortunate 😞, I have to go here on hellopeter in order to get a response from hollywoodbets ,because when you email them they don't respond(their 48 hours response story is not true) So here is my story: On the 29 of March 2024 I made a deposit of R50 via Zapper, which it went through but it was not showing on the hollywoodbets account . I reported this to hollywoodbets same day ,I received the email stating the funds we going to be deposit to my hollywoodbets account later that Day. On 7th May 2024 I wrote a complain here o hellopeter regarding this ,the next day i received a call from one of the hollywoodbets consultant which he believed the funds were deposited and he was going to send me a spreadsheet which supports that the funds were deposited into my hollywoodbets account. Which he didn't I had to report that on Hellopeter than on the 11 May 2024 I received the email from Wandile Shabane (Hollywoodbets support /help) with spreadsheet which shows a R50 that was deposited on 28 March 2024. Which is not what I quarried, am looking for R50 that was deposited on 29 March 2024 via Zapper.
