Deposit not reflecting - Unhelpful staff
I made a credit card deposit of R20K and it does not reflect on my account. It was deducted from my bank account. I contacted the live chat who requested a proof of payment - I explained that it was not a eft deposit but a credit card deposit so I cant provide a pop - The support staff did not even attempt to understand the situation to resolve, just ended the chat.
