Deposit not reflecting, staff not helpful

I have made a deposit of R500 Sunday 26 Feb 2023 on Ownpay. Normally it will reflect instantly but this is now day three. After numerous calls emails and the live talk and receiving Ref ***7 and promises it will take 1 - 3 hours nothing happened. The person that assist me to download the POP also send it as a query with pop to their deposit department. Come Hollywoodbets it's ridiculous!!! 180 Minutes airtime and still no reply....
