Deposit not reflecting in my account

U made a deposit into my Hollywood acc on the 13June 2025. To date, I haven't received any money in my account... whenever I chat with them, they always tell me that they have escalated the matter.. I have been chatting with them with no valid answer they are now telling me that I must be the one calling the Hollywoodbet offices ..I called them found Noxolo the consultant..she promised to speak to the supervisor and get back to me within an hour ..Till this date she hasn't returned my calls ..now wen I try to call them they said the number is not available... please Hollywoodbet bring my money
