Deposit not reflecting in my account

I deposited money in my account this past weekend and it hasn’t reflected in my account till today 23/11/2021. After numerous emails, I haven’t been assisted and I want my money back since I worked hard for it! I don’t understand why this is so difficult, I gave them all the information they required but still nothing - Maybe it’s time to move over to Betway permanently now!
