Deposit not reflecting

Worst service ever, i made a deposit using your new OWNPAY that you promote so well with competitions but 24hours later money still not reflecting in my account, i call they said it would be sorted in an hour, after 8hours nothing and now its almost 48hours, the calls i make are now even close to they money due to me. no updates whatsoever, i even sent my bank's proof of payment but not good enough. Unhappy customer.
