Deposit not reflecting

I deposited 200 via Capitec Bank on the 28th of April, the money didn't reflect on my hollywoodbets account, I called several times to get help or clarity, I was told to wait till the 2nd of May due to holiday and bank reasons for the money to be paid in my account, on the 3rd still no money, and Ive given them proof of payment and reference from my account but now when I call they cut me off claiming that their portal is not showing anything on their side, yet at 1st I was told the system was experiencing problems on that day and I can only be helped after 48hrs, it's been over 48hrs long time ago but still no help
