Deposit not reflecting 😡😡😡😡

I’ve deposited money on Sunday the 1st January to date my account is not credited. I’ve been sending proof of payments without assistance, I’ve been told so many times that they have escalated my query but still nothing. They even have a nerve to ask me to rate their service which is bulls**t . I want my money
