Deposit not reflecting and lies from Hollywoodbets

If I could rate 0 I would, I deposited zar150 on the 12 via my FNB app I clicked on pay again I’ve sent over 10 proof of payment olwethu has called me on Saturday to say it will be in my Hollywood account but still today nothing. Like I’m so disappointed why lie. If I ask the agents they just say will escalate and end the chat this is soo unprofessional not my 1st time this has happed to me
