Deposit not reflecting

On the 26th of January I did a deposit via my online banking app and did an immediate payment, the funds were deducted from my account but till today I haven't been credited by Hollywood bets and for the whole week I've been told that my issue has been escalated but till today there's nothing credited on my side. I've uploaded all the proof they asked for but it's been 5 days still my money has not reflected on my bank account or Hollywood account, they don't care about their clients only wanna rob them by any means necessary 🤔
