Deposit not reflecting

I deposited R150 into my Hollywoodbets account and it did not reflect. I send a mail and Rowen Pillay responded, I sent the proof of payment as requested and I was asked to be patient while they check. This was around 14h00 yesterday and I'm still waiting. This is a pathetic service and totally unacceptable.
