Deposit not processed

I have made a deposit Friday at 14:32 and it's not showing on my hollywood bets account. I have called them many times and sent emails and all they tell me is that the issue will be resolved. When will it be resolved cause its Sunday today and no one is getting back to me on how far is the issue being resolved, I'm so ****ed off at this moment cause they dont take any of their clients seriously, this is my money I'm not playing with bonuses here all I want is my money back I'm no longer interested in using Hollywood bets after the service they gave me.
