You have the proof and you refuse to honour it over an affadavid and even though you spoke to me the owner of the bank account, who is willing to do facial recognition, and send my ID, your answer remains the same!! We don't value your business dear clients. We have rules and cannot accommodate you. So we will take your money and when you tell us we will rather then close our accounts with you if this is the treatment we are getting you say, that's perfectly fine!! wow!! customer centricity doesn't exist.
