I bought a voucher Nd their system started by saying error the mobile app got a system tym out while I was loadi my voucher

Spoke to a consultant by the name of Levin Naidoo Said my matter has been elevated till today my voucher hasn't been entered in my account it's been close to 10 days but the agent said 24 hours

This is an inconvenience made me feel de*****ed
