Deposit not credited to my account got 5 days and counting

I deposited R150 on Friday 24.02.2023. I contacted the chat and sent proof of payment. They told me to wait 24 to 48 hours and I had made an immediate payment. no response on emails, I've been chatting to them each time being put on que for close to an hour. I Sent Proof of payment more than 3 times but they are just not crediting my account.
