Deposit not credited to account

They don't even deserve any star,just that there's no option not to choose. I made a deposit form my account and it wasn't credited, I thought maybe there's a problem. Waited until I decide to try another transfer to see if it aslo won't reflect. It was not credited too. I had a chat with their agent and sent the proof they requested, but still nothing. The other agent since she said she escalated my proof of payments and should be credited soon,since I've been waiting, it's over 24hrs already,I'm sending them messages on Chat but no one is responding. What a dissapointment.Hollywoodbets don't care of their clients, all they're interested in is chowing their money. Very poor customer service. I won't advice anyone to gamble with them. They are ****mers.
