Deposit not credited

I deposited R1000 into my hollywoodbets account on the 29 July through instant EFT using capitec on Ozow. The money still hasn't reflected on my hollywoodbets account. I have emailed and called, still not winning. Capitec can't reverse the transaction. It's frustrating.
