Deposit not credited

Good Day I paid R100 using capitec Pay on 05/05/2023 Time 13:27. Money was deducted in my capitec account but my hollywoodbets account was not loaded .when I call hollywoodbets it keep on saying I'm number 20 but no one answear ,I even waisted r200 airtime without anyone answear.. I want my hollywoodbets account credited or I take legal action withing the end of the day
