Deposit not been paid

On the 31st March 2022,6H32am I deposited money via EFT, but still it doesn't appear in my account.

I've been sending messages since last week even yesterday and today, but I just being ignored by their department. What i get is autoreply. I send a proof of payment on attachment but still nothing happening. So which means people they don't want to work help.
