Deposit no Credited

I shouldn't even be giving them any stars, Hollywoodbets is the worst, I deposited R220 on the 15th of November 2023 (***) using RTC of Solmate bank to Hollywoodbets Account number, Nedbank and SolMate confirmed that money was sent to Hollywoodbets account, but they do not want to credit it, they busy telling me to wait 24 to 48 hours always, I have already waited for two 24 to 48 hours already, everything "we have escalated your query" even here their reply will be we escalated your query, they even Blocked me from Emailing them. That's what makes me more angry, who blocks a customer. Because they don't even get back to me, they keep quiet after their escation message. I've also lost R150 from Hollywoodbets. They are the worst, please do go and try other betting companies. Which helps. *Escalate Company* that should be your name.
