Deposit never credited

I deposited R250 on Hollywoodbets via pay fast, the payment was never credited. I contacted customer support almost every week for 6 months and the issue was never resolved. After sending the proof of payment document over and over and them just telling me I should be patient they've escalated the matter, I eventually gave up. It's almost 2 years since then and they never gave back my money.
