Deposit never allocated

I am just so disgusted in Hollywoodbets. I have made deposit to their account the 3rd of September. Send them proof of payment the 6th and tonight the 12th. They telling me that it was credited to someone elses account. When i asked how is that my problem they tell me i might know the other persons whos account were credited and did it from my bank account. How is that my problem. I have made payment through my account so how can someone elses account be credited. Biggest ******* in the industry. Cause how do you proof it if everything you have is the POP and that you used your account. They will never see me again, and i will on every platform warn people not to waste their money with Hollywoodbets. Such a shame!!!!!
