Deposit missing

Made a deposit on the 29th of October 2024 at 9pm. Made an instant eft. Money has not reflected in my hollywood bets account. Money has left my bank account. Till now I have not received any feedback or my money....all I get when I call, email or chat to them online is a generic response "your query will be escalated" with no help at all. Secondly they are pathetic when it comes to replying on their online chat or on social media platforms. You wait forever for a consultant.
