Deposit enquiry

I made a deposit ( twice) on the 26th of July 2024 and to date the deposit does not reflect. I have been communicating via email.and chat facility and ohhhhh what appaling and shocking service..

From attaching proof of purchase via email and.on the cbat facility to getting the same response;your enquiry is update..

To this day nothing has been done...

I have never experienced such customer service that is below par and not helpful .How on earth does a customer communicate since the 26th of Huly and to date no feedback at all ?How does a customer chexk in for an update when there is proof of purchase?I fail to grasp the meaning of customer service at Hollywood bets ...

What a disheartening experience and from these reviews I van clearly see that appaling is an understatement ...This is beyond disgusting and shocking.

All I want is a mere R30+ R10 +R30..If I struggle with such low amounts, what about people who have used more than me and still hoping to vet assisted..At this rate giving up is an option..Like I can not believe that I am struggling with customer service in this manner..
