Deposit enquiry

I deposited money trough my bank app putting all correct details and references but they always don't credit my account even after giving them all what they want and proof of payment if you enquire they want the proof of payment again and you will be told to wait for 24hrs to 48hrs again and you don't get help even now I am still waiting for my money that I deposited on the 2nd of April 2024 morning
