Deposit

I deposited R500 into my account using Ozow on April 25th 2021, I've sent more than 8 emails, called them, tried all their social media platforms telling me to wait for a few hours the money will reflect but it's been 2 days already and getting the same story of sending them proof of payment which I did, their customer service is bad.
