Deposit did not reflect

I made a deposit of R400 on Wednesday and it did not reflect. I called the call center and I was told to wait my email is in cue. Thursday evening I called again and explained that my funds are yet to reflect and I was told about a backlog they had but before end of business it will be resolved. Its Friday and still. How do you render service of such poor and pathetic behavior to us??? I gave you a chance to do right by me but you failed so I will keep badmouthing you till you attend my query.
