Deposit department is useless

The Hollywoodbet deposit department is pathetic. I made an instant payment through their capitec ownpay; sent them proof of payment ater the deposit did not reflect in my bank account.

They told me their system has abondoned my deposit and will only reflect after 48 hours. If they have reeived my proof of payment how can they refuse to update my deposit and why am I a victim of their system glitch
