Deposit and no refund

I would like to express my frustration with Hollywoodbets. I made a deposit on the 28th of August 2024 which was deducted from my bank account. However, never reflected in my wallet in Hollywoodbets. I disputed this with them and logged a ticket on the 2nd of September 2024 after I realized that the amount never reversed on it's own. I sent them all the necessary documents that I could to prove that the amount was deducted from my account and not reversed or refunded as of yet. They were adamant that I need to provide them with the proof of payment in a pdf format. I informed them that I cannot provide them with it due to the payment method used. I even contacted my bank and they said they can only provide me with a statement reflecting the amount which was deducted from my account on the 28th. I informed Hollywoodbets of this and sent them the statement. I received the response that the amount will be reversed within 2 or 3 business days. It's been 21 days now and I still haven't received my funds. I enquired several times about this and received the same feedback. Eventually just to find out that my proof of payment I sent wasn't sufficient. This is after explaining to them numerous times that I cannot retrieve the proof of payment from my bank. They then requested me to send more statements which I did and still nothing. This has been the worst experience ever and makes me not want to make use of their services ever again. I would encourage others to do the same as this level of service is pathetic to say the least.
