Deposit

I made a deposit using Capitec Instant on Thursday 6th October, up to today my money is not reflecting,I called them several times until one one of th consultant answer and she told me that my money will be credited within 2-3 hours. I waited but still nothing happened. Today it's Sunday still there is nothing. I tried them on twitter but no replies, I sent an email still it doesn't go through. Hollywoodbets just send my money back please
