Dense customer service

I'm starting to feel like Hollywood bets is a **** fr. i just signed up 2 days ago coz they keep on popping up everywhere on fb and Insta saying bout no deposit R25 sign up bonus so i thought why not give it a try. I signed up but when it came to the last part of registration which is security questions there was an error i tried multiple times then gave up. This morning i went on again for another try and it worked but there was no R25 so i went to the chat and asked bout it and the lady her name is Yvonne N she said bonus was credited but expired in 24hrs now mind you there platform was the problem but now im being inconvenienced. Their customer service is really ****ty sounds like they only hire *********** people coz this Yvonne lady kept asking nonsense stupid and dense people working there im telling you. im deleting my account straight away .
