Delays and excuses

I've amended my banking details on the app and uploaded stamped confirmation of my bank 2 weeks ago. According to the notification on the website, it states verification takes up to 2 days. I even called the helpline and emailed screenshots, yet still no joy. How do I transfer my winnings to my account if my account is yet to be verified? This whole situation is embarrassing. Please assist and expedite.
