Delayed deposit and no response to emails

The Hollywoodbets deposit department is NONSENSE. I made an immediate payment into my account which 24 hours and numerous emails and phone calls later still has not been credited. Emails dont get rep****; calls get dropped after waiting for over 10minutes on the line. The service is POOR POOR POOR
