DELAY TACTICS EPIC FAIL!!!!!

Distiguting delay tactics to pay its cusyomers on time.

I have been trying to FICA my account for two months now, first they said they don't accept my letter because it was screen shot (whether it was a screen shot or not, it will still remain as one and the same proof of address - delaying much???, then they said they do not accept my bank statement because it has no stamp, said they will send me an email to send my documents buy no SMS received. Tried calling all July, but calls don't go through. YOUR SLA SUCKS!!!!! Horrible service by customer care (Attitude stinks), talk to you as if they doing you a FAVOUR!!!! sies, ,DISGUISTED je!!!! ITS Nice when they just accept your CASH but CANT PAY YOU BACK.!!! I want my money.!!!!!
