Delay or ****** my withdraw

Worse in customers service and feedback and ***** too - I am still waiting for my withdraw since 21 Dec 2022 - no one bothers and team leader can’t do much beside saying that they will escalate - guess that doesn’t help - day light ******* - will never use this platform again
