It seems like Hollywoodbets have a tendency of de*****ing online punters . Last week I put a bet ,and monitored it this time , I even put the same bet with another broker in order to validate the quality of their system . On their system ,my betting lost and won on another broker .I sent so many communication telling them that ticket won , to every department and I have been ignored , thinking I will let this ********** activity to continue .According to the Gambling Board the activity is of high ********ity . I am giving you this last chance to sort this out via this platform . I wonder how many punters are not monitoring their bets and Hollywoodbets de*****ing them . If you have a clear justification to justify that ***** ,please do .

Contacted by your agent , who told me I should not tell him about the International Handicap standards , this is Hollywoodbets. Which is really against the rules , a betting rule is a betting rule and if Hollywoddbets have their hidden rules , punters will be de*****ed by this organisation till Kingdom Come . I cant just believe what I just heard . Please I would like you to forward me the conversation . Its really disgusting.

In your multiple bet, you bet on SBH DA NANG (+1) on the handicap market in the Vietnam match between SAI GON FC vs SBH DA NANG.

The score in this match was SAI GON FC 1 - 0 SBH DA NANG.

With regards to your handicap bet on SBH DA NANG (+1), this makes the score with the handicap 1-1.

Therefore the result for this bet is the DRAW, and your bet on SBH DA NANG (+1) is losing.

This is international standard for handicap betting.

The bet, whether struck in South Africa, Europe, UK, Australia, or the USA, the result on a +1 handicap would be the draw for this match.

Had the actual score been 1-1, then your bet on SBH DA NANG (+1) would be a winner, as the score would then be 1-2. However this is not the case, as the score was 1-0.

Your agent told me that your rules aint international ,you have a recorded proof to prove such claim in your offices .And your explanation above shows how you dont understand the "whole number Handicap Rule " .An international market return half a stake on such bets,because its a " draw no bet " handicap(whole number Handicap).For your information ,a whole number Handicap whether used by anyone in the world its a "Draw No bet " wager , which makes a ticket a winning ticket as a whole . I cannot say Hollywoodbets is cheating me on the respected platform without knowing what I am talking about . The fact remains

Hi Thabane

The market you bet on was NOT a handicap (draw no bet) market. The draw was available when you struck the bet.

The options were:
SAI GON FC (-1)
DRAW
SBH DA NANG (+1)

This is clearly shown when you struck your bet, and can be seen on the handicap markets when betting with Hollywoodbets.

Had the bet excluded the draw, then a Handicap (DNB) would have been stipulated.

The handicap betting you are referring to where a refund is offered on a draw, is called ASIAN HANDICAP betting. This is not currently offered by Hollywoodbets.

Had this been the case, we would have stipulated that as the market type (and would not have offered betting on the draw).

Guys you are embarassing yourselves here , which handicap is that(if its not Asian) .For your information ,the only Handicap used in soccer is ASIAN HANDICAP unless Hollywoodbets invented one ,which is used for de*****ing customers .I think you just said you are abiding to the international rule , here again you contradict yourselves.I bet with my eyes opened and understanding and ASIAN HANDICAP (AH Abbreviated ) is on your site , unless its a Aollywoodbets Handicap .Tell me its Aollywoodbets Handicap and we close this issue .Just because I am disputing my victory now ,there is no AH at Hollywoodbets .Guys really you handle punters money with that knowledge ????.Please tell me now , how does a whole number Aollywoodbets Handicap works , if you dispute a whole number Handicap is no longer an Asian Handicap ,of which I am the one who bet an Asian Handicap knowing exactly what I was doing . Please remember what I mentioned in my original text.

Is it possible for you guys to please consult a professional punter and get back to me rather than embarassing yourself ,you might lose customers trying to thumb suck responses , Here-above responses shows your misunderustanding of this handicap thing . I repeat , I bet DA HANG +1 Handicap it lost with 1 Goal (1-0). It ended up in a draw , stop inventing things here , There was no DRAW option on that bet , even if it was there , the issue at hand is this particular choice of mine ,+1( which means ,DA NANG will loose but not with more that 1 goal ) .It did not lose by more than one goal concessed , you talking about the game been a draw ,which is not the issue here .The issue is the handicap meaning .
