De*****ed and ****** by Hollywood

I am extremely disappointed with hollywoodbets and I it's service. I m playing well over 20years. Apart why I am furious that a race that finished at 8.55am and still now it has not been cleared for payment which means I don't collect the winning, I must keep dep to play. I tried calling all their numbers not once answered, tried online held on a few times for over 15mins and yet they say 5.51mins Ave time, call the helpline no response called the other line you re 2 in line average waiting time 4mins held 2 for 10mins before been disconnected and it's my airtime the cost is my cost how unfair is that. But what is not legal is the u lie saying first in line to be assured and then being disconnected, the gambling board must also take into acc for the service provider de*****ing customers. We don't get compensated for time or money spent trying to get out winnings, even went into the branch which helped by calling the helpline which explained to assistant to pls clear the race for payouts, she was rude, thank Hollywood for making us customers beggars.
