Declined withdrawal
I'm very disappointed with your services, I made a withdrawal on Friday and Saturday, this morning I get a message that It was declined, I call your customer service and the lady I spoke to has guts to tell me that she doesn't know why it was declined and hang up. It must be nice when I deposit money into my Hollywood account with no challenges but when tables turn its struggle. Please sort this mess out before I take this with NGB
