I played one of their scratch card games, diamond strike, my first win was R40.00 and my second win was R200 000.00 I continued playing until all the tickets were done and wanted to cash out. Upon cashing out only 40.00 was added to my balance but not the big win. I then reached out to customer care who escalated the matter 3 times and kept saying I only won R40.00. Luckily I took a screenshot of it and provided it to the agent and all of sudden they can’t find any track record of the game session to begin with. I want my money!
