I've never been more disgusted to my throat using hollywoodbets! There is no Fairplay when the 2nd party gets ****med into losing 1000s without getting anything return. Casinos need to make money, but daylight ******* isn't the way! Hollywoodbets have become pathetic to the core!! It's utterly pathetic and certain slot machines don't even function properly!!! Who the hell can that issue be reported when the only options you get on the damn site is deposits,withdrawals and enquiries!! This online betting sites are suppose to have online technicians to assist where there are issues but this ***n **** crew are more persistent on taking people's money without giving anything back!! And even when they do give back then they back three times more from other people to recover that which they gave!!!! You guys are clowns man!

Thank you for reaching out to me yesterday, the lady I spoke to did try to explain the current situation, I understand. I'm sure I'm one of many customers feeling this way where you have to play 1000s before you can actually get anything back and that is exactly what I've been doing but I suppose all is fair in love and war. At the end of the day hollywoodbets is a business and it's gamble at your own risk but I actually tested the theory cause that lady mentioned 'it just wasn't my luck' ok, fair enough I lose 2000 without getting even a free spin. Yes my luck! So I headed over to yesplay and within my 1st R200 deposit I got the bonus. Also, yesplay offers deposit bonuses when depositing, sometimes it's 50% or 75%. Why doesn't hollywoodbets do that? However life doesn't at R2000 for me, it's left a very bitter taste my mouth but like I've told the lady I'll never resort to hollywoodbets ever again and I've also spread the message to most of my colleagues.
