**************** by Hollywoodbets , I suggest that from now on when you see your ticket loosing, you do a thorough check before accepting it , this people are using results from flashscore of which is not 100% accurate all the time , I had a bet that had 2 teams playing on the same day and same time , a senior team and an under 21 team , on my ticket I only betted the senior team and that game was cancelled but my ticket was made loosing because of the under 21 team , I called them and they investigated , they came back to me and said the match was played and they sent me results from flashscore, I told them that the game was not played , I asked them to send me both the results of which they failed to do , they then told me to email them screen shots of results showing the game as cancelled, I sent them 3 screen shots from 3 different live score organizations and they have not responded to me ever since - spoke to two different people ,last was philisiwe , now as a customer what do I do cause that ticket was worth R4000+ , I will be reporting them to the gambling board .if I don't get a response within 2days cause they don't deserve to have a license .
