I have placed a bet on Sunday 15/09/2019 at Lenasia branch @10:08am and my first game was Kaiser chiefs reserves which won 2-1 against Polokwane city, i am told today that match started at 10am even though it was scheduled for 12am, so hollywood decided so subtract more than R2000 on my winnings. when i placed the bet they were supposed to advise that the game has started like they normally do and remove it from my bet slip which they did'nt claiming a system cliche

Unfortunately the time of the game was moved from 12pm to 10am. Your bet was struck after the game had kicked off. Therefore your bet is null and void as per the Hollywoodbets terms and conditions. Unfortunately we were not aware that the game had kicked off early, hence why your bet was allowed to be taken. If we find bets have been taken after a game has started, or the starting times have moved, the bets have to be voided.
